Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are unable to cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund, as preferred.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer support team within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. We will do our best to help you out.
Please note that customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
